Take the Parish Survey

The search committee of St. Philips has entered a time of discernment. We are gathering information to guide us in our decisions and recommendations to the Vestry about our future. One aspect of this process is "The Church Assessment Tool." The Church Assessment Tool is an on-line survey that will provide a clearer picture of who we are as a church and what directions might be important for our future.

Your participation and input is very important to us. The search committee needs this information in order to do its job. Input from the survey will used in developing a parish profile.

A letter with the password to take the Parish Survey has been distributed. To receive the password if you have not received your letter, please contact a member of the Search Committee - Bob, Marvin, Lisa, Cindy, Gary, Kevin, or Judy. In the alternative, you can email the Parish Secretary at parish@stphilipspalatine.org to receive the password by return email

Each member who is over the age of 16 should take the assessment.

Your responses will be strictly confidential. The computer will not match individuals to survey responses. Completing the on-line assessment will take about 20 minutes.

Please complete your survey by August 10, 2008.

Once the data has been compiled an analysis and summary will be presented to the Search committee, the Vestry and the Parish.
