We know that forming our children is one of the most important things we do as church. For that reason, all children ages 3 to 12 particpate in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program -- a hands-on Montessori-based program that gives children an appreciation for the mystery and the beauty of worship and a strong conviction of God's love for each of us. The Catechesis is grounded in scriptural and liturgical study framed by Maria Montessori's principles of education. Catechesis meets during our 10 a.m. worship service September through May.

Our youth group supports each other.
Our middle school youth gather together to form a tight-knit community that supports and encourages one another. Special events and programs are held throughout the year.
High School Youth are active in our church.
Our high school youth participate in the worship and governance of our church.
Special events are held throughout the year in cooperation with other Episcopal youth in our diocese (we are a part of the Chicago Diocese).
