Tai Chi and Chi Gong

Every Tuesday at 8:00 am in our parish hall, St. Philip’s hosts a Tai Chi and Chi Gong hour-long event. Tai Chi is a very gentle, low impact and slow-moving exercise which can prevent or east many of the ills of aging. Chi Gong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions. No experience is necessary. A $10 weekly donation is greatly appreciated. All are welcome!
