Tai Chi and Chi Gong

Every Tuesday at 8:00 am, St. Philip's hosts a Tai Chi and Chi Gong hour-long event.  Tai Chi is a very gentle, low impact and slow-moving exercise which can prevent or east many of the ills of aging.  Chi Gong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions.  No experience is necessary.  A $10 weekly donation is greatly appreciated.  All are welcome!

“Eat, Pray, Read” Book Club invites you to join them as they discuss The Power of Miracles: Stories of God in the Everyday by Joan Wester Anderson. Bev Harrell will lead the discussion on Monday, May 13 at 7:00 pm.  All are welcome to this monthly event at St. Philip's!  We meet in our on-site Foote Library and read a different book each month.
